These terms describe the use of Tropelorio, its games and community features. For questions, write to tropelorio@gmail.com.

Tropelorio is a project by Pull to Haptic Development (PTHD), who is responsible for the service.

Playing and using an account

You can play and save local records without creating an account. Synchronization, global rankings and publishing memes require a connection and a Google or Apple account. Protect access to that account and choose an alias that does not reveal information you want to keep private.

Purchases

The app is a paid download when available in the store. The price and purchase terms are shown before payment. The relevant store handles payment and refund requests, without limiting your statutory rights. This website does not take payments or request card details.

Community and content

You are responsible for the text you publish. Only share content you are entitled to use. Do not publish other people's private information, threats, harassment, illegal content or material that infringes others' rights. Do not impersonate others or use the service for spam.

You retain any rights you hold in your content. By publishing a meme, you allow Tropelorio to store and display it on the wall to provide the service. The associated alias and character will be public. You can delete your memes in the app.

Moderation and fair play

Signed-in users can report memes. Tropelorio may hide or remove content and issue notices, suspensions or blocks for abuse. Scores are checked and impossible results may be excluded from rankings. Do not manipulate scores, automate abuse or attempt to access other people's accounts or systems.

For questions about a moderation decision, contact support with your alias and a description of what happened. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.

Your data and deletion

The privacy policy explains the data used, optional diagnostics and your rights. You can request account deletion. Public content is hidden when you request it and permanent deletion is scheduled after 30 days; signing back into the app during that period cancels the request.

Availability and changes

Online features may be interrupted by maintenance or incidents. Keep anything important to you: uninstalling the app or clearing its data may remove local information. Features may change with updates, and these terms will be updated when appropriate. These terms do not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
