Delete your Tropelorio account

Here you can delete your Tropelorio account without having the app installed. If you have it, you can also do it from the app: Profile → Delete account.

How it works

1. Sign in with the same Google or Apple account you use in the app.
2. Check that it is the right account and confirm.
3. Your account disappears from the leaderboards and the wall right away, and you are signed out on all your phones.
4. After 30 days it is deleted for good. If you sign in to the app with that account before then, the deletion is cancelled and you get it back as it was.

What is deleted after 30 days

• Your account: identifier, email, sign-in provider (Google or Apple), alias and character.
• Your games and your places on the leaderboards.
• Your published memes and the reports you made.
• Your moderation notices and sanctions.
• Your identity in Firebase Authentication. If Firebase does not respond at that moment, it is retried every hour until it succeeds.

What is kept

• The record of each phone where you installed the app (installation identifier, platform, language, version and notification token), no longer linked to any account. It is deleted automatically after a year without use.
• If a phone was blocked by moderation, that block and its reason, so it stays in force.
• What the app stores on your phone (local profile and unpublished memes) is not on our servers: it is deleted by uninstalling the app or with «Clear app data» in its profile.
